What We Do

We take time with each individual client to develop a host of specialized and catered services designed to make the commercial, estate or vacation property investment connection seamless and free of stress.


Victoria oversees all daily operations of the business, including construction and planning. She meets new clients at their property sites and creates custom management contracts for each individual client. She has been doing Commercial and Residential Management for 30 plus years. When not working, Victoria enjoys church, and vacations in the mountains with her family and friends.

Assistant Property Manager

Jenny is in charge of the updates, renewals and all data entry for our leasing projects. Her previous 20 plus years of experience as a legal assistant helps Jenny to keep our professional letters and correspondence right on key. Jenny recharges in her downtime by traveling and having outdoor get togethers with her family and fur babies.

Contract Manager

Ed takes care of all contracted maintenance issues for our clients. Having worked in property maintenance for over 25 years, Ed is highly skilled at overseeing our entire group of licensed sub-contractors. Ed destresses by taking long rides on his motorcycle, and having crab feasts with family and friends.

Field & Maintenance Manager

Lisa conducts property inspections, including move-in and move-out. She also works with the client to see that all maintenance issues are resolved. Lisa’s experience as a former elementary school teacher helps her with expert client communications and collaborations. In her free time, Lisa enjoys watching her sons’ athletic games and traveling with family and friends.

Office Manager

Smiling and ready to help, Dottie welcomes all visitors into our office. Upon determining the reason for their visit or call, she directs clients to the correct department. On her days off, Dottie likes church, and spending time fishing and watching movies with her family and her Yorkie.
