All tenants are subject to credit checks that reflect their credit scores as well as police background checks. We will review rental history backgrounds including evictions.

To qualify, all tenants must:

• present their IDs  
• be legal citizens or have a work ID
• provide pay stubs or letters from employers for proof of employment
